Adhering to governmental regulations, CDC/WHO guidance, and emphasizing safety and cleanliness, we are executing further precautions such as disinfection of contact surfaces, provision of sanitation alcohol, regular glove changes, and donning of protective masks. Until further notice, returns are not accepted to maintain customer and personnel security; alternatively, customers in Ventura County are eligible for free pickup services and a 10% discount with code antisocial to facilitate social segregation.

PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders placed before 4pm are processed the same day, with most other orders being processed within 24-48 hours. In rare cases where the order contains out-of-stock or special items, processing may take up to 3-7 business days.
SHIPPING TIMES
Although Standard Mail is still arriving as expected, some paths may be delayed due to COVID-19. USPS & UPS have suspended their normal delivery timeframes for the time being. Please track your package to get the most accurate details. USPS Priority Mail, including 2 Day Priority, is estimated time of delivery given by USPS, not a guarantee. Estimated delivery times for each service are as follows:

If an order is not cancelled before being processed and packed for shipment, no returns or exchanges are possible. We urge customers to verify all items are correct prior to shipment.
